Privacy policy.

1. Who we are

KamZour (kamazour.com) is an art discovery and creation platform run by Gingerverse Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use KamZour, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website, the Studio and every page linked from them.

2. What we collect

• Your account. Your email address, your password (we store only a secure hash of it, never the password itself), the username you choose, and your answers to the optional sign-up quiz with the profile name built from them.
• What you create. The prompts you write, the reference images you upload, the artworks made for you, and the pieces you save to your collection.
• Payments. The plan you bought, the amount, and the order and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's or Stripe's secure checkout and never reach our servers.
• Wishes and chats. Wishes you send from the homepage, and what you type to Mithu, our homepage guide (see section 4).
• Messages to us. What you send through the Contact us form: your name, email address, topic and message.
• Technical data. Your IP address, used briefly to stop abuse (such as too many requests at once) and to work out which country's prices and currency to show. We don't store it with your wishes or messages. Our hosting provider also keeps basic request logs, including browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

• to create and secure your account, and sign you in;
• to make artworks from your prompts and keep them in your collection;
• to process payments, credit coins and manage subscriptions;
• to personalise what we show you, using your quiz answers;
• to reply to your messages, and to send the emails the service needs (sign-up codes and password resets);
• to keep KamZour safe: rate limits, fraud prevention, and checking prompts and chats against our content rules;
• to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

4. Chatting with Mithu

Mithu, the parrot on our homepage, replies in real time using OpenAI's language models. What you type is sent to OpenAI to write the reply, and is checked by OpenAI's moderation service first. We don't keep a record of the conversation. If you send a wish, the wish itself is saved, linked to your account (sending a wish needs one), so the library can grow toward what people ask for. Please don't type personal information into the chat.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that help us run KamZour, and only what each of them needs:

• Google Cloud: hosting, our database and file storage, and some of the AI that renders artworks.
• AI providers (Google, xAI and OpenAI): your prompts and reference images are sent to them to render your artworks. OpenAI also powers Mithu's replies.
• Razorpay and Stripe: to take payments.
• Zoho ZeptoMail: to send account emails.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid order from a court or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Cookies and browser storage

KamZour uses one essential cookie, which keeps you signed in. It lasts up to 30 days, or until you sign out. We also keep a few small items in your browser's storage, such as the style you last picked in the Studio, a payment that's in progress, and an invite code if you arrived through a friend's link. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. How long we keep it

• Account data: for as long as your account is open. When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
• Payment records: for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, currently up to eight years.
• Contact messages: for as long as we need to deal with your request, and no longer than two years.
• Wishes: kept to guide the library. If your account is deleted, your wishes stay only as anonymous text.

8. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws where you live, you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct or complete it;
• ask us to delete it, including closing your account, and withdraw any consent you've given;
• nominate someone to use these rights for you if you're unable to;
• raise a grievance with us and, if you're not satisfied with our answer, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To do any of these, write to us through Contact us and choose "Help with my account". We may ask you to confirm it's really you before we act.

9. Keeping it safe

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, every connection to KamZour is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data, and if a breach affects you we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Age

KamZour is meant for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger. If you believe a child has given us personal data, tell us and we'll delete it.

11. Where your data is processed

We're based in India, and some of our service providers process data in other countries, including the United States. When your data leaves India, we rely on providers that protect it to standards comparable to this policy.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect.
